Opportunity for leadership roles such as CTO, Tech Lead, PM, or Business Leader as part of the founding team, with a goal of reaching a staff size of 50 within three years
Qualifications / Required Skills and Experience :
Proficiency in at least one major programming language such as JavaScript, Ruby, PHP, Java, or Go.
Experience using relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Knowledge and experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
At least 5 years of practical experience in the development, maintenance, and operation of web applications.
Ability to communicate smoothly within and outside the team.
Experience with major backend frameworks such as Express, Ruby on Rails, Laravel.

Desirable Skills and Experience :
Experience with major frontend frameworks such as Next.js, React, Vue.js.
Experience in developing and utilizing RESTful API or GraphQL.
Experience with version control using Git, GitHub.
Experience in database design and optimization.
Experience in building and operating infrastructure using cloud services such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
Experience in implementing automated testing or continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD).

Expected Annual Salary:
¥6.2 million to ¥11.8 million (Depending on knowledge and experience)
