Essential Requirements :
-1+ years of experience as an Engineer
-Practical experience with Ruby, PHP, Go, Python, or Node.js.
-Coding experience in HTML and CSS.
-Responsive design coding experience.
-Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
-Experience in team development with 3 or more members.
-Database design knowledge.
-Web API design and development experience.
-Practical experience with Rails, Nest.js, or Laravel.

Preferred Skills :
-Experience in modern frontend development with React, Vue, or related technologies -Practical test code experience.
-Test-driven development experience.
-Pre-sales and requirement phase involvement for specification adjustments and estimation. -Project guidelines and information sharing policy setting.
-Experience using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
-Performance optimization experience, including SQL.

Japanese Language Proficiency :
The candidate must have completed N4 level and must be proficient in Japanese communication

Annual salary range: ¥4,000,000 to ¥6,600,000(Based on skills)
-PSI Bonus (provided twice last year: summer and winter).
-Stock Options (Shares are granted upon listing).
