Application Support Engineer(WFO)

Job Description :

• Hand on experience on Windows OS and Windows Server OS
• Good knowledge with hands on experience of monitoring tools like Azure Application Insight, PagerDuty, Zabbix, System Walker or similar tools
• Proficient in SQL and its other variations broadly used across the industry
• Good understanding of at least one of the Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.) with hands on experience
• Knowledge of ITIL (Incident Management, Change Management, SLA, Ticketing tools such as Service Now, Backlog etc)
• Basic Knowledge of SDLC, STLC
• Excellent documentation skills using Google Docs, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills (English)
• Must know Japanese Language (read, write & speak) (at least N3 or N3 Pursuing / Q3 equivalent proficiency)

Education : BCS, BCA, MCS, MCA, B.E./B.Tech (IT / Computers / Electronics)


Candidate must be comfortable in shift duties. Shift details as follows :

1st Shift: 5:30 am to 2:30pm
2nd Shift: 1:30pm to 10:30pm
3rd Shift: 9:30pm to 6:30am
There will be rotational shifts. Shifts change tentatively after a month’s gap depending upon the work situation.
